We found a lot of sea creatures living in the rock pools. Yannis used a net to help him get the shrimps. Ata found a yellow sea star.

Magnets

We have made magnets for the school gala. First Mrs T made plaster of paris. Next she put it in the moulds. Then they needed to set. Next she needed to put the magnetic strips in. When it was hard we were allowed to paint them.

Life Jackets

We had to make a circle, because sharks only like small things they don't like big things, and when we joined together we became a big thing.

We had to jump in with the life jackets on.  We learnt that they keep us afloat.

Playing for Confidence

We had fun playing on the mushroom.  We jumped off it.

We got to go underneath the boat. It was fun, not scary.

Water Safety at the Aquatic Centre

We were going to capsize the boat! We had to jump out and we had to stand under the boat.  It was dark under the boat, but there was some air under there.

In the Lazy River we floated on our backs holding a container.  The container helped us to float. We could still float on our backs without the container.
