Bob Bickerton's Visit

 

Yesterday Bob Bickerton  came to school. Our favourite instrument was the bodhran  drum. He played       
more instruments too. He  was really  funny doing the bee noise. He's  a  really good singer too. He played two bones by shaking them together in his hand. They sounded like 'pitter, patter, pitter, patter'.

Ex-All Black Visits

Ian Jones came to Tahunanui School assembly today. He taught us about rugby.He was talking about the Westpac Rescue helicopter too. He brought some All Black jerseys. He is a smart rugby player.

Autumn Fun

 Yesterday we made a big, big pile of leaves. Then we lined up in a long line and had two turns each at running and diving in the pile.  Yannis

Practising for the fun run

We are doing a fun run at the beach on the 15th June. We are practising running with room 1 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
